General terms of contract
Accommodation
The client shall have the right to cancel the accommodation reservation without liability to compensate the hotel within the framework of following cancellation periods:

Cancellation terms for reservations including more than 200 room nights are agreed separately.
The hotel shall be entitled to charge the full rate for the entire period booked for late cancellations or cancellations exceeding the number of rooms mentioned above. Any changes to bookings should be made in writing at all times.
Conference
The conference order shall be valid subject to the hotel´s general terms of contract once the hotel confirms the booking.
The client shall have the right to cancel the conference reservation without liability to compensate the hotel within the framework of the following cancellation periods:

Cancellation terms for events including more than 200 persons are agreed separately.
If there are fewer participants than expected, the hotel is entitled to move the reservation to a smaller meeting room, or to add a surcharge.
The order for catering services is applicable to the number of persons announced when the order was made. The client can adjust this number according to the chart above. The minimum billing principle operates according to the confirmed number of people announced according to these terms. If notification of the reduction in the final number of participants has been provided later, or not announced at all, the hotel shall have the right to charge the contracted price for catering. Regarding beverages, this includes beverages produced or prepared for the occasion.
Hilton is not responsible for anything stored or left in the event rooms or hotel rooms. The exception is if we have a written agreement or if a team member at Hilton has caused the loss or damage through negligence. The customer is responsible for any damage caused by the event participants, booked artists and special equipment, with regard to the hotel property and fixtures and fittings. This is also the case if you need cleaning services beyond the ordinary.
Customers are not permitted to photograph or video in the hotel without Hilton's permission. You can use the name of the hotel in your invitations. But if you are going to go public, for example with advertisements and signs, the hotel must approve the material first.
This offer can not be transferred to a third party without a written approval of the hotel. |
